If you are not 100% satisfied with your Koyal Beauty purchase, please return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. We will pay for your shipping return. 

We reserve the right to refuse refund if a product is returned damaged or heavily used.

• Order number 
• Item(s) you are returning 
• Reason for return

We will respond to your request within three business days and will provide you with a return shipping label.

Reimbursement

We will issue your refund within five business days of receiving your return. You will be notified via email once the refund has been processed.
